I believe childhood should be filled with wonder, creativity, connection, and meaningful play.
Woodlands Kids Co was created from my deep passion for early childhood education and my love of creating beautiful spaces, engaging learning experiences, and strong support systems for both families and educators. With over 24 years of experience in early childhood education, and after owning and operating daycares, preschools, elementary schools, and dayhomes in both South Africa and Canada, I have seen firsthand how magical early childhood can be — but also how overwhelming it can feel for parents and educators trying to balance busy days, routines, and the endless pressure to “do it all.”
So over my many years of being a mom, a boss, an educator and daycare owner I decide to create something magical that feeds my soul and work to share everything I have learnt along the way.
Woodlands Kids Day Home Agency, proudly support families in finding nurturing, high-quality childcare environments where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn through play. I also work closely with educators who dream of opening and growing their own successful day homes, guiding and supporting them every step of the way with mentorship, training, resources, and ongoing support.
But Woodlands Kids Co is so much more than childcare — it is a space where imagination comes alive.
Through Little Acorn Club, I bring parents, educators, and little ones together through thoughtfully created educational resources, sensory play ideas, themed learning activities, planners, printable resources, creative invitations to play, and hands-on learning inspiration. My natural, play-based approach encourages children to explore, create, discover, and build a lifelong love of learning while helping families create magical moments and meaningful connections every day.
